Accuracy of account and billing information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information (including shipping and billing addresses) for all orders made at our online store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
Canaan cannot be held responsible for a misinformation from the client(s)' side. In the event of a delivery error caused by this, we will attempt to contact the client through email and/or WhatsApp to reconfirm the details. However, if there is no response within 7 days, we have the right to reclaim ownership of the item(s). Any second attempt of deliveries will incur additional charges.
Orders made from Canaan-studio.com must be paid for in IDR (Indonesian Rupiah). We currently accept the following payment methods, to be processed from our payment provider - Midtrans:
Payment can be made using Visa, American Express, JCB, and Master Card. Subject to verification from Midtrans, our Payment Gateway system. Should the card that you use is not authorized, your order will be automatically canceled.
You may perform payment through electronic bank transfer to our selected partner accounts: Permata, Mandiri, and BNI using virtual accounts or internet banking. Transfer made to this account will be automatically verified by Midtrans. However, should you fail to make payment within the 12-hour expiry period or if there is any failure in verification process, the invoice that you received will be canceled and your order will be automatically released.
Manual Bank Transfer
Payment made via this method should be completed within 24 hours after the invoice has been sent to you. The ‘Order Confirmation’ page does not necessarily mean you have completed your payment, you should also receive an email to confirm this. In the case of pending payments, a reminder will be sent to your checkout email address stating that payment is not complete. We will not send your order until you have made the payment.
Payment can be made through GoPay, OVO, or other payment applications that support QRIS. To complete payment, follow the steps provided by your chosen payment application. If unsuccessful, you will be automatically notified by the application and redirected to an error message by Midtrans.
Should payment be unsuccessful through any of the payment methods above, you may reorder the item but we cannot guarantee the product availability.
Proof of transaction
The electronic invoice generated from our website holds as the legal proof of purchase order and can be used as reference to your transaction. Refer to the 'Payment methods' section above for details regarding each payment method. We recommend you to keep the invoice of every purchase for historical data and tracking purposes. Your invoice can be found inside each order detail from the checkout page and we will also send a copy via email after transaction is confirmed.
