Azta Earring, handmade by Amstamb in collaboration with Khayalkini. A simple twist of a texturized silver wire.
Blue-Eyed Grass is a project combining Amstamb’s silversmithing and Khayalkini’s imagination, adopting the form of flowers and crafting it into something you can prance with. Just like blue grass flowers, the pieces are versatile for day or night wear.
Jakarta-based Amstamb is a brand that focuses on the study of three-dimensional metalwork, in the form of jewelry and other metal adornments. They believe in ‘the act of making’ and strives to imprint the makers’ fondness in the smithing process of each and every creation. Using predominantly pure silver as the main medium, they observe the rawest form, such as the natural shape of a rock or deranged movements of wind waves, to the most delicate pieces like floating draperies or a blown glass.
Khayalkini is a modern, contemporary event decorator by Flora Lines. The name is derived from two languages, Khayal, meaning imagination in Bahasa, and Kini meaning abundance in Hawaiian. By combining the two ideologies together, Khayalkini strives to bring abstract imagination into reality.
