Shipping Policy

We accept online orders 24 hours 7 days a week, including weekends, but order(s) will only be processed on operational hours 12 noon - 5pm every Monday and Thursday, due to adjusted store opening times following government regulations and safety measures. All orders will be processed at least 1 day after your payment confirmation is sent to our email.

Processing orders

An order is considered complete after all of the following condition is fulfilled:

  • You have completed payment as stated in the invoice
  • You have received an email confirmation that the order has been confirmed
  • Your order have been delivered to the stated shipping address

We may not be able to accept your order, or part of your order, due to one or more of the following reasons:

  • Authorization of your payment has failed
  • have made a pricing or product description error
  • Product is out of stock
  • Force Majeure circumstances

Gojek/Grab services

For customers in Jakarta who places orders through Direct Message and WhatsApp, we offer Gojek/Grab services from Niniveh Space to your designated address. Any agreements regarding delivery made on said basis will be handled independently between our sales team and the customer, including any incurring charges as delivery fee will be at the customer's expense.

Standard shipping

We currently ship worldwide, for the exception of certain ceramic items and artworks, as well as items containing liquid; information regarding this can be found in their respective product pages. They are restricted to Jakarta shipping only, due to their fragile nature. To fulfill your orders we will be using Gojek/Grab services (Jakarta), JNE REG (Indonesia), TIM Express, and Pos Indonesia (rest of world). Shipping process for orders from Indonesia will generally take around 24-48 hours if your designated address is in Java or Bali, around 2-15 working days for other provinces and other countries. However, the delivery time will depend on location, weather, and natural circumstances. You can track your orders by following the tracking number provided in your invoice. You will be notified if there are any changes or delay to the shipment of your order.

The shipping rate will be calculated online based on the submitted address and the tailored flat rate that is applicable to your region/country, and will be charged to the customer. Special rates apply for items weighing more than 2 kilograms.

The shipping rates for items weighing up to 1kg are as follows:

  • Java and Bali: IDR 30,000 (Standard 1-4 days)
  • Rest of Indonesia: IDR 60,000 (Standard 2-6 days)
  • Singapore / Malaysia: IDR 175,000 (Standard 5-10 days)
  • Australia / New Zealand: IDR 450,000 (Standard 5-10 days)
  • South East Asia: IDR 450,000 (Standard 5-10 days)
  • South Korea: IDR 450,000 (Standard 5-10 days)
  • Hong Kong / Taiwan / China: IDR 300,000 (Standard 5-10 days)
  • Japan: IDR 500,000 (Standard 5-10 days)
  • Rest of Asia: IDR 700,000 (Standard 5-10 days)
  • United Kingdom: IDR 650,000 (Standard 7-14 days)
  • Rest of Europe: IDR 800,000 (Standard 7-14 days)
  • United States: IDR 500,000 (Standard 7-14 days)
  • Canada: IDR 500,000 (Standard 7-14 days)
  • Rest of world: IDR 850,000 (Standard 7-14 days)

For items weighing more than 1kg additional charges will apply.
